Part of the experience of a stay at Kyaninga Lodge is the quality of the meals presented at the restaurant. Keenly aware that no stay can be truly enjoyable unless the food presented is up to the highest standard, Kyaninga Lodge employed an international chef to design the menu and train the kitchen staff. The impressive result is a menu based on classical European cuisine, but tweaked to make use of local ingredients, most of which are hand picked from Kyaninga Lodge’s own kitchen garden or the neighouring markets. Meals are served by Kyaninga Lodge’s friendly staff in the main lodge’s dining room, which is furnished with exquisitely textured Elgon Olive and Mvule furniture made on site, and offers breathtaking views on both sides. An extensive wine list from the bar ensures all meals will find the perfect accompaniment. Special dietary requirements can be catered for on request.
